Additional Information

Description Spotting Glazing Sealant is a permanently adhesive, non-hardening, polyisobutylene-based sealing compound which can be applied by spotting but cannot be painted over. This product is mainly used in the car industry for sealing rubber mounted front and rear windshields and side windows between the rubber and the glass or the rubber and the car body. The glazing sealant is used for spotting for sealing overlaps, joints, folds, screwed joints and moldings between the metal bodywork, glass, plastic, wood and other materials to themselves and to each other.
Content 310 ml
Application The surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry and free of grease. The glazing sealant is applied by spotting using a hand or a compressed-air cartridge gun. A pressure of around 2-3 bar must be used if applied using compressed air. Inject Spotting Glazing Sealant into the joints, ridges and gaps, etc. and, if necessary, smooth it down. After a brief flash-off time, excess material can be dabbed off using itself or an adhesive tape.
